ALTERATION TO VAT
From December 1st 2008 VAT has been reduced from 17.5% to 15%. There will be NO CHANGE to Trade prices as these are shown excluding VAT. As from February 6th 2009 this on-line Trade List, our advertising and our newsletters will show Retail prices including 15% VAT. In some instances manufacturers have decided to leave their prices the same as they were before the VAT decrease. When we add the VAT at the end of your invoice you will be charged 15% VAT. (Should you wish to convert a 17.5% VAT price to a 15% VAT price multiply the old retail prices by .9787)
Due to the current number of price alterations we will not print a new Trade List during 2009.

Same Day Despatch
All orders are normally despatched on the day of receipt by 2 day service (or normal post where applicable). There is also a next day delivery option available which should be requested at the time of ordering.
